Refund policy

All products at Dangerously Gifted are custom printed on demand just for you. Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or color variations due to screen differences.

We will make it right if:

• Your item arrives damaged or defective
• You received the wrong item
• Your order was lost in transit

We're not here to give you the runaround. If something goes wrong, contact us and we'll make it right, no hassle.

To request a resolution: Contact us within 15 days of delivery at TheDangerTwins@ProtonMail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement at no charge.

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size ordered
• Color variations due to screen differences
• Sale items or gift cards

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Custom printed products cannot be returned. This includes all apparel, accessories, and home goods sold in our store.

European Union 14-day cooling off period: If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Please contact us at TheDangerTwins@ProtonMail.com to initiate.

Replacements: Approved replacement requests are processed within 5-7 business days and a new order will be sent to you at no cost.
